StoryCorps Comes to the PJCC
StoryCorps came to the PJCC in April 2008 as part of their national archive project to record the life stories of people throughout the country. Six pairs were chosen to come to the PJCC and record their own personal stories.
These stories will be preserved in the Library of Congress and some may be aired on the StoryCorps broadcasts on public radio. StoryCorps is one of the largest oral history projects of its kind.
