Do gift cards expire?
No, a gift card remains valid for as long as it has an unused balance remaining.
Can the value of a gift card be increased?
Yes, you may purchase more value and add it to an existing gift card at any time.
How can I fInd out the balance on my gift card?
Each time you use your PJCC Gift Card, your register receipt will indicate the balance remaining on your card. Purchases with the card will be deducted until the reaches zero.
If I lose my gift card will be replaced?
The PJCC can not refund or replace lost or stolen cards.
May I use my gift card at the PJCC cafe?
No, this card may not be used at the PJCC Cafe.
May I use my gift card towards monthly membership dues at the PJCC?
No this card may not be used for monthly membership dues.
For balance inquiry, please check your most recent receipt or bring your card to the PJCC Welcome Center and an associate will be happy to provide you with your balance. Each time you use your PJCC Gift Card, your register receipt will indicate the balance remaining on your card. Purchases with the card will be deducted from the balance until it reaches zero. Amounts can be added to the balance at any time. The PJCC Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. It is redeemable for merchandise and services only at the PJCC.Not valid for monthly membership dues; not valid at Cafe at the J. The PJCC will not refund or replace lost or stolen cards.
