Birthday Party Checklist
1. Please fill in the “Party Inquiry” form with your specific requests on themes and dates.
2. Due to the high demand of Birthday Parties all online requests as well as voicemails will be returned in the order they are received on Wednesdays and Fridays only.
3. Once your party is finalized you will be required to pay a 25% deposit.
4. Once the deposit has been paid a contract will be sent to you.
5. Sign and return the contract.
6. Your party will then be confirmed.
7. Now you are ready to send out your invitations and look forward to having a great time at The PJCC.

Birthday Parties
Celebrate Birthdays at the PJCC!
Let the PJCC host your child’s next birthday party. While you relax and enjoy the festivities we’ll plan, organize, coordinate the activities, entertain your guests and assist with clean up. All you have to do is show up and celebrate!
All birthday parties are 2 hours in length and include the following:
- A warm and enthusiastic party staff.
- Birthday Party Attendant for 3 hours (30 minutes prior to your party to assist you with your set-up, the two hour party to help as needed, 30 minutes after the party to assist you with clean-up.
- A Birthday Party Instructor to lead the children in specialized activities as per the type of party you select.
- A private room set-up with tables and chairs per to your specifications.
- All party prices are based on 20 kids. Any additional children over the 20 will be charged $10/per child.

ANIMALS AROUND THE WORLD

Make your party special with my friendly "Party Animals". My animals and insects are educational, interesting and are native to different places around the world! You will meet a Bearded Dragon, a Crested Gecko, a Boa Constrictor, Tortoises, a Leopard Gecko, Madascar Hissing Cockroaches and more! Watch them eat, hear them hiss! Maximum of 20 kids.

JUMP HOUSE - ADD ON
Bounce, laugh, and have FUN!
Nothing is more thrilling or gives more pleasure
at a party than a Jump House Bouncer. Having
one will cause excitement in the party and the
squeals of laughter and sounds of fun tell everyone
within earshot that a lot of happiness is being had
nearby. While your kids are busy jumping, the
parents can actually enjoy an uninterrupted conversation. And the kids sleep like rocks at night!

Frequently Asked Questions
What days and times are available to have a party?
Our parties are held on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 – 2:00 pm or 3:00 – 5:00 pm. The gymnasium parties are available from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm on Sunday and on Saturday at the times above.
How far in advance do I need to book a party?
Most parties book an average of 4 – 6 weeks in advance.
What do I need to do to book a party?
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to book the date. The remaining balance along with a $100.00 security deposit is due 30 days in advance. You will get the security deposit back within 10 days following the party as long as there are no damages. See Birthday Party Checklist above (right nav) and fill out the Party Inquiry Form.
What's included in the party?
All parties are two hours long -- one hour of the themed activity and one hour for food and presents in an indoor room or outdoor location. All indoor rooms and outdoor areas include tables and chairs. Also included is one party attendant to assist you as needed plus a half-hour before and after the party for set-up and take-down time.
How many people can I invite?
The party fee is for up to 20 children unless otherwise specified in the party description. We strongly recommend not having more than 20. Additional children are $10.00 more per child. Parents may come as well, but we ask that you limit the guest count to 20 adults.
May I bring in my own food?
Yes, you may bring in your own food and beverage. The only restriction is no pork or shellfish is allowed.
May I decorate the party room or outdoor location?
Yes, you are welcome to decorate the room or outdoor locations. We just ask that you use blue painters tape to hang up the decorations and remove them after the party. You may arrive a half-hour early to set up your birthday party.
