Summer Camps for Preschoolers
Summer Camp: Age 18 months - Pre K
Camp Keff (Keff means fun in Hebrew) is a safe, exciting, and transformative
experience for preschoolers and their families. We are an inclusive Jewish
community that celebrates diversity. Camp Keff is a community where people
of all backgrounds can grow, learn, and deepen their connections to one
another. Campers spend fun-filled days enjoying new experiences, making
new friends, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
“I think Camp Keff is a warm,
loving, fun-filled environment
where my child can blossom!” -- 2011 Camp Keff Parent
Tinok (Tiny Tots)
Children begin socializing with peers while joining in activities geared to a toddler’s interests and attention span. This parent participation program includes arts and crafts, cooking, music, P.E., playground time, and a snack. Led by our award winning early childhood educators, Tinok is a great foundation for transitioning into our year round K’tonton program.
Ages 18 – 24 Months
Ages 24 – 30 Months
K'tonton (Little People)
Ages 2 - 3
Ages 3 - Pre K
Yeladim’s emphasis is on socialization, exploration, and learning in a developmentally appropriate environment. Mornings include a swim lesson with trained instructors at least once per week, exciting theme-based activities as well as daily “play work” choices based on the philosophy and curriculum of the Bing Institute at Stanford University.
A rotation through several learning environments that are set up with the
“Five Basic Materials” (clay, paint, sand, water, and blocks) will entice your child
to discover exciting new activities. Afternoons give your child a choice
between two theme-based programs or an afternoon nap. Swimming included.
Shalom (Good-bye) Week
This final week of preschool camp will be full of messy art, hands-on cooking activities, P.E., music, and a special guest performance.
