An exciting fitness program specifically designed for sedentary older adults who currently exercise less than 60 minutes a week and want to start living healthier lives. This structured program features a customized fitness routine with progressive evaluations and monitoring, as well as a variety of fitness classes.

Who is eligible?
To be eligible for the FREE Stay Fit program, you must:
- Be age 55 or over
- Have an active PJCC Center Membership
- Complete a free Jump Start Orientation
- PJCC Community Members ages 55 and over may join the monthly wellness lectures and/or workshops at the guest fee
