Jeanette is a fitness fanatic and an avid runner. She strongly believes that Pilates is a safe and effective exercise that helps people of all ages and fitness levels reach their desired outcomes. She is trained in both mat and reformer Pilates and is working on continuing her education to further assist her clients. Her goal is to help her clients achieve physical fitness through safe, yet challenging exercises that develop core strength and encourage a mind-body connection.
Education & Training: Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California in Irvine. Balanced Body Reformer and mat certification. 200-hour RYT Yoga Instructor certified through Yoga Alliance.
Camilla is a health enthusiast who has a strong passion towards building a well-rounded lifestyle. She believes that preventative care is the most important thing you can do, and one way this can be achieved is through practicing Pilates.
Camilla received her BA in Psychology and Social Behavior from the UC Irvine. She received her Pilates certificate through Balanced Body University and supplements that with yoga and barre certifications. She plans on refining her skills in healing the body through exercise to prepare for her future career as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Camilla brings fresh enthusiasm and energy to each and every exercise class. She is driven to help others reach their own health and fitness goals. She uses her knowledge in psychology to help her students feel motivated and continue to challenge their limits. She believes that it is never too late to start living a healthier lifestyle, and it is always possible to be better today than you were yesterday!

Toni’s goal is for every client to feel the difference in their bodies. She strives to provide a balanced workout in every class, paying particular attention to how the breath and form affect the work and how the body feels during the exercise. Everybody can benefit from the work of Joseph Pilates, which ranges from rehabilitative work to preventative care to athletic training. It's Toni’s pleasure to share his work with my clients and to learn and grow with each class.

And by design, Pilates is a collection of excellent movement habits.Cristina enjoys empowering her clients by teaching them how to integrate Pilates as a method towards reaching their objectives, whether it is to improve posture, rehabilitate from injuries, strength training, or power development. The ultimate goal is to help her clients improve the quality of their life. Her teaching style is challenging with focus on strengthening, flow and breath, fun and diverse!
As a part of team Combination Track and Field Italian Juniors Competitions, Cristina trained at competitive levels for several years. She enjoys running, yoga, outdoor cycling, reading, art, listening to rock and classic music, traveling, cooking and eating, and spending time with her wonderful children and husband.
Education: BA in Performing Arts, Saint Mary’s College of California
Certifications, Credentials, & Training: Certified on all apparatus by Power Pilates in the classical Pilates method. She is extensively trained in ballet and a certified TRX instructor.
Specialties & Interests: Sarah loves Pilates as a practice that brings health to the body, improved posture, greater mindfulness and a wonderfully stronger core. She enjoys working with adults of all ages, teens and children. She finds satisfaction helping her clients get stronger, more flexible, improved posture, reducing or eliminating pain in the body, weight loss and toning. She also teaches Pilates to youth in competitive gymnastics, ice skating, and ballet dancing. When Sarah isn’t instructing or with her family she enjoys ballet, TRX, hiking, biking, walking, backpacking and of course Pilates.
