Specialties and Interests: Sarah loves Pilates as a practice that brings health to the body, improved posture, greater mindfulness and a wonderfully stronger core. She enjoys working with adults of all ages, teens and children. She finds satisfaction helping her clients get stronger, more flexible, improved posture, reducing or eliminating pain in the body, weight loss and toning. She also teaches Pilates to youth in competitive gymnastics, ice skating, and ballet dancing.
When Sarah isn’t instructing or with her family she enjoys ballet, TRX, hiking, biking, walking, backpacking and of course Pilates.

Specialties and Interests: Kevin has taught on the faculty of Skyline College in San Bruno, CA for eighteen years in the Kinesiology/Athletics and Dance Department. He teaches Pilates, Yoga and Dance at Skyline College. A former professional dancer, he has taught dance for 35 years, Yoga for 24 and Pilates for 10 years.
Kevin is challenged and inspired to teach students with levels of fitness capabilities. With his extensive training, performing and teaching of classical Ballet, he enjoys working with Dancers - current or former.

Certified by the National Academy of Sport Medicine. Judo Black Belt holder and winner of many Judo tournament titles in Belarus and U.S.A. Former Belarusian National Judo team member.
