Pilates Instructor Bios
Learn about our pilates staff.
PJCC offers free Pilates mat classes utilizing props such as fitness rings, and physioballs. Our Pilates mat classes are taught with Joseph Pilates classic breathing techniques, flow and an appropriate number of repetitions. We emphasize neck safety and challenge underutilized muscles. Not only will we be targeting the abdominals in these classes, but we will also challenge the back, inner and outer thighs and gluteals.

Pilates for Men
A small group training series in which each participant uses a Pilates Allegro Reformer to develop core control, flexibility, balance, coordination and strength. Participants learn breathing techniques and full body alignment. Instructors guide each participant through a series of progressions.
