Class Etiquette
- Be on time.
- Do not enter the studio while class is in session.
- At the instructor’s discretion, there can be a five to ten minute grace period for late admittance.

Pilates Mat
PJCC offers free Pilates mat classes utilizing props such as fitness rings, foam rollers, bars and physioballs. Our Pilates mat classes are taught with Joseph Pilates classic breathing techniques, flow and an appropriate number of repetitions. We emphasize neck safety and challenge underutilized muscles. Not only will we be targeting the abdominals in these classes, but we will also challenge the back, inner and outer thighs and gluteals.
Kids' Pilates
Even kids can enjoy the benefits of pilates!
Mommy and Me Pilates
Mommy and Me Pilates Class is a great way to target deep inner abdominal muscles that get stretched during the pregnancy. This is a workout for Mommies and a time to bond with babies in close one - on - one contact.

Pilates Reformer
A small group training series in which each participant uses a Pilates Allegro Reformer to develop core control, flexibility, balance, coordination and strength. Participants learn breathing techniques and full body alignment. Instructors guide each participant through a series of progressions to maximize individual results.
