Yoga for Beginners and the Unflexible
During this 3-hour workshop each attendee will be evaluated by the Yoga Instructor, Chihiro. She will then teach students poses that will reduce or alleviate conditions that might be inhibiting their yoga practice. Each student will be able to leave the workshop with these personalized poses to practice and enhance their practice at home.
Please be mindful that yoga workshops give you the time to build the foundation of your practice. This is not usually the case in classes with more students and a shorter defined time limit. If you want to have personal attention paid to your body and your practice, this is the workshop for you. Only a select number of students will be permitted to be registered for this workshop so sign up today.
