Specialty Classes
Most group exercise classes in the Health & Fitness Complex are complimentary with Center Membership, with the exception of Specialty Series or Master Classes, for which there is a fee, indicated with a ($). Community Members and Non-Members are welcome to participate in non-fee classes on a space-available basis by purchasing a daily guest pass for $20. Community Members and Non-Members may attend fee-based classes ($) in the Health and Fitness Complex by paying the Non-Member fee. Class schedules are revised regularly, so keep an eye out for updates.

Coed Group Training
COED Group Training is a small group strength training program designed to teach both men and women the basic fundamentals of strength training and its benefits. This results-oriented program will develop basic core training, muscular strength, and endurance by using weight room machines and free weights, outdoor cross training and a variety of other workouts to keep you motivated, energized and excited. This intensive one-hour program meets twice a week and is limited to 3 - 5 participants. If you enjoy the energy and dynamics of working in a small group, then COED Group Training is for you.

Fitness Conditioning for Special Group
Fitness Conditioning for Special Groups is design for clients with challenges in mobility, muscle imbalance, coordination, cardiovascular efficiency, strength, flexibility and post rehabilitation. It will introduce the clients to different modes of exercise such as integrated strength and flexibility, core stabilization, functional training, and improvement of balance, coordination and reaction time. This one-hour program meets twice a week and is limited to 3 - 5 participants. If you enjoy the energy and dynamics of working in a small group, then Fitness Conditioning for Special Groups is for you.

Kid's Tae Kwon Do
Children will love this Korean form of self-defense that embraces kicking, punching, blocking, dodging and parrying. Children develop self-esteem and self coordination while having fun. Additional uniform fee of $25. Teacher Debra Pederson

Seniors On Weights
Senior on Weights is a small group strength training program designed to teach seniors the basic fundamentals of strength training and its benefits. This results-oriented program focuses on building muscular strength, flexibility, and endurance by using weight room machines and free weights, functional training, and a variety of other workouts to keep you motivated, energized and excited. Seniors on Weights is specifically designed to improve senior adult's functionality and simplify their daily activities. This one-hour program meets twice a week and is limited to 3 - 5 participants. If you enjoy the energy and dynamics of working in a small group, then Seniors on Weights is for you.

Stroller Fitness
Discover the perfect workout for parents of stroller-bound children Now you can enjoy exercising while your little one shares the fun! In good weather, the class will meet in the PJCC Lobby and 'stroll' across the street to Leo J. Ryan Park for an outdoor workout. Women on Weights - W.O.W
Women on Weights is a small group strength training program designed specifically to teach women the basic fundamentals of strength training and its benefits. This results oriented program focuses on building muscular strength and endurance by using weight room machines and free weights, outdoor cross training, and variety of other workouts to keep you motivated, energized, and excited. This course will teach you haw basic core training, strength training, circuit training, and flexibility training apply to a woman's body and physiology, which will help you reach your general fitness and weight loss goals. This intensive one-hour program meets twice a week and is limited to 3 - 5 participants. If you enjoy the energy and dynamics of working in a small group, then Women on Weights is for you.

Youth on Weights
Youth on Weights is a small group strength training program designed to introduce young adults ages 13 to 17 to the basic fundamentals of strength training and its benefits. This results-oriented program focuses on building muscular strength, basic core strength, and endurance by using weight room machines and free weights, outdoor cross training and variety of other workouts to keep you motivated, energized and excited. This class also teaches agility, flexibility, and basic functionality of youth physical fitness. This intensive one-hour program meets twice a week and is limited to 3 - 5 participants. If you enjoy the energy and dynamics of working in a small group, then Youth on Weights is for you.
