The PJCC offers a wide variety of specialty fitness classes. Most group exercise classes in the Health & Fitness Complex are complimentary with Center Membership, with the exception of Specialty Series or Master Classes, for which there is a fee, indicated with a ($).
A Postoperative Workout for Breast Cancer Survivors
The PJCC is proud to offer The Pink Ribbon Program, a postoperative workout, open to all breast cancer survivors whether surgery was eight weeks or 20 years ago, designed to enhance recovery for breast cancer patients.

HITT (High Intensity Team Training)
This bootcamp-style class features a variety of movement patterns, including running, jumping, strength and endurance work, core training, balance and agility challenges that will get you in the best shape of your life. You will never know what to expect from this high intensity class; you will be interested and motivated.
WOW (Women On Weights)
Research shows that women need weight training to maintain bone density as they age. Women on Weights is a small group strength training program designed specifically to teach women the basic fundamentals of strength training and its benefits.

This once-mysterious technique was used only by professional athletes, coaches, and therapists—and is now available as an everyday practice for people at all levels of fitness. (The foam roller is not just a toy for your kids!)
The techniques releases muscle tightness to reduce pain, increases flexibility and helps to keep muscles and connective tissue elastic, healthy, and ready to perform. Learn a way to decrease your body’s pain using myofascial release techniques and learn how to use the foam roller properly and effectively. Focus will also include athletic stretching movements incorporating the foam roller.
Join this special class with Personal Trainer, Group Exercise and TRX instructor, Revelle Bailey. Every class will have a different focus. Come for one class or come for them all. Sign up for a lifetime of learning, increased performance and pain reduction!
