Want to improve your technique or prepare for the Bay to Breakers, a marathon — or do you just love to run?
You will learn tips on how to improve your running technique, how to prepare for races, or just start your running program. Each session includes learning proper warm-up and cool-down. Appropriate for all levels.

A Postoperative Workout for Breast Cancer Survivors
The PJCC is proud to offer The Pink Ribbon Program, a postoperative workout, open to all breast cancer survivors whether surgery was eight weeks or 20 years ago, designed to enhance recovery for breast cancer patients.

Impact Training
Discover Impact Training, a user-friendly boxing/kickboxing class that will enhance your skills or help you develop new ones. Improve your cardiovascular fitness, upper and lower body strength, enhance your core and increase your flexibility in this fun-filled, heart-racing class that will make you sweat! Using bags and target mitts (pads to protect your hands) more than doubles the efficiency of your workout and puts demands on your body that striking and punching the air can't provide. Learn precision and focus while enhancing your balance and coordination through striking targets with your gloved hands, elbows, knees and feet. Instructor: Chris L.

Psoas Workshop: The Muscle of The Soul
In Taoist traditions, the psoas is spoken as the muscle of the soul. The Psoas is the only muscle that is attached to both the leg and spine. Learn how patterns of tension can affect the psoas and hense affect your posture, gait, alignment, and ultimately your well-being.

Tai Chi Workshops
Monthly Tai Chi (Taiji) Workshops are designed to supplement the weekly classes. Topics include: Form, Straight Sword, Dao Sword, Silk Reeling, Qigong and Push Hands.

Tough Mudder Bootcamp
Tough Mudder events are hardcore 10-12 mile obstacle courses designed by British Special Forces to test your all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie. Challenge yourself by prepping for the Tough Mudder with this Bootcamp designed to improve your running and overall endurance.

Women on Weights - W.O.W.
Women on Weights is a small group strength training program designed specifically to teach women the basic fundamentals of strength training and its benefits. This results oriented program focuses on building muscular strength and endurance by using weight room machines and free weights, outdoor cross training, and variety of other workouts to keep you motivated, energized, and excited. This course will teach you how basic core training, strength training, circuit training, and flexibility training apply to a woman's body and physiology, which will help you reach your general fitness and weight loss goals. This intensive one-hour program meets at various times durning the week and is limited to 3 - 6 participants. If you enjoy the energy and dynamics of working in a small group, then Women on Weights is for you.
