The PJCC offers a wide variety of specialty fitness classes. Most group exercise classes in the Health & Fitness Complex are complimentary with Center Membership, with the exception of Specialty Series or Master Classes, for which there is a fee, indicated with a ($).

HITT (High Intensity Team Training)
This bootcamp-style class features a variety of movement patterns, including running, jumping, strength and endurance work, core training, balance and agility challenges that will get you in the best shape of your life. You will never know what to expect from this high intensity class; you will be interested and motivated.
WOW (Women On Weights)
Research shows that women need weight training to maintain bone density as they age. Women on Weights is a small group strength training program designed specifically to teach women the basic fundamentals of strength training and its benefits.
Bollywood Dance $
Monsoon Dance Company presents this specialty series of non-stop fun and movement accompanied with energetic music.Each class in this series will encompass a warm-up and cardiovascular section filled with Bollywood choreography and music, core conditioning, a cool down and stretching period. No experience or special footware needed.
Friday Night Knockout! $

This empowering 90 minute workout allows you to unleash your inner warrior, burn calories and sweat! The class focuses on upper/lower body and core conditioning through boxing drills to enhance your technique and agility.

A Postoperative Workout for Breast Cancer Survivors
The PJCC is proud to offer The Pink Ribbon Program, a postoperative workout, open to all breast cancer survivors whether surgery was eight weeks or 20 years ago, designed to enhance recovery for breast cancer patients.
