Swim Lessons
Swim lessons for all ages are available year-round at the PJCC. Choose between group, semi-private and private lesson classes for children, teens and adults.

Youth Fitness
Youth Fitness is specifically designed for ages 6 - 17. We offer varying classes both paid and included in the youth membership, from yoga and hip-hop to weight training and fitness. Your child or teen is certain to find something exciting and challenging at the PJCC, your center for life.

Get your kids interested in sports and fitness with this exciting mix of sports and games. PJCC certified Personal Trainer, Michael Marshall, will illustrate just how easy it is to get fit and have fun all at the same time!

Kids' Yoga
Ages 8 - 12 Free for Center Members

Teens learn strength and flexibility exercises as well as relaxation techniques. Mats are required.
