Youth Fitness
Youth Fitness is specifically designed for ages 6 - 17. We offer varying classes both paid and included in the youth membership, from yoga and hip-hop to weight training and Tae Kwon Do. Your child or teen is certain to find something exciting and challenging at the PJCC, your center for life.

Teen & Kids' Yoga
Ages 13 - 17 Free for Center Members
Mondays from 3:45 - 4:45 pm
Teens learn strength and flexibility exercises as well as relaxation techniques. Mats are required.
Kids' Pilates
Ages 5 - 10 Free for Center Members
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:00 – 5:00 pm
This fun-filled class helps develop core strength, flexibility and coordination..
Tae Kwon Do
Ages 6 - 12
Monday and Wednesdays from 3:45 – 4:45 pm with Deb or Chris
Children will love this Korean form of self-defense that embraces kicking, punching, blocking, dodging and parrying. Children develop self-esteem and coordination while having fun. Additional uniform fee of $25. Fee and registration required.
