HITT (High Intensity Team Training) provides a well-rounded and challenging program for real results.
A postoperative workout program, open to all breast cancer survivors, designed to enhance recovery for breast cancer patients.
- Be on time.
- Do not enter the studio while class is in session.
- Upon the instructor’s discretion, there can be a five to ten minute grace period for late admittance.

Group Exercise Classes | PJCC
The PJCC offers a wide variety of complimentary group exercise classes daily with yourCenter Membership. The schedule is updated monthly, so please check the current schedule.
Our multiple studios offer a wide variety of classes including yoga, Zumba®, indoor cycling, Barre classes, Pilates®, body sculpting, U-Jam, athletic conditioning, cardio-kickboxing, and classes geared for older adults.
Pre-register for these classes using our MindBody Scheduling System!
Reservations can be made 2 days prior to class starting at midnight.

We offer beginning and more advanced Reformer and Mat Pilates classes. We also have Pilates Personal Training sessions and small group training sessions.
An indoor cycling workout using music, visualization and cycling techniques to reach a higher level of cardiovascular fitness and lower body strength. Appropriate for all levels of fitness. Please arrive early for your first class.
A wide variety of Yoga styles and levels are offered to suit the novice through more advanced levels. Specialty classes include back care, restorative and yoga for cancer patients, survivors and their caregivers.
Participants learn proper breathing techniques and full body alignment. Instructors guide each participant through a series of progressions to maximize individual results.
Community Members and Non-Members are welcome to participate in non-fee classes on a space-available basis by purchasing a daily guest pass at the Welcome Center.
Most group exercise classes in the Health & Fitness Complex are complimentary with Center Membership, with the exception of Specialty Series or workshops, for which there is a fee, indicated with a ($).
Community Members and the public may attend fee-based classes ($) in the Health and Fitness Complex by paying the Public fee. Class schedules are revised regularly, so keep an eye out for updates.
Stay Fit For Life
As part of the Stay Fit For Life program we offer small group strength training classes. If you would like to learn more about these classes which are designed for adults ages 55 and older, please click on the learn more link.
Take your workout to the pool with this invigorating, low-impact class. Use water resistance to develop strength and cardiovascular endurance. Swimming experience is not necessary. Appropriate for all levels of fitness. Please see our indoor pool schedule to find a time that suits you best. See our Group Exercise schedule for times.
Youth Fitness is specifically designed for Grades K-5. We offer a wide variety of free and paid classes for Center members. The public may also join classes on a space-available basis. Classes include, but aren't limited to, yoga, fitness, and dance.
