Welcome Spa Guest

All Spa treatments include the following complimentary amenities:

• Cozy Robes (Massage)
• Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna
• Locker and Shower Facilities
• Separate adult and family dressing rooms
• Fresh Towels and other personal items including shampoo/conditioner, body wash and lotion

Spa guests may use all of our amenities, however to use the fitness facilities or the pool, you must be a member, or pay an additional fee at the Welcome Center.  We offer Childcare (additional fees apply) as well as free parking.

Arrival

Plan to arrive 15 min (Spa) or 30 min (Massage) before your appointment.  This will allow you time to check in at the Welcome Center, which may include: filling out an intake form (first time only), and picking up a robe (massage only).  This will also give you some time to enjoy the amenities of the club.  If you work out prior to your Massage appointment, please be sure to take a shower before your session.  Please change into your robe in the locker room before coming to the Massage room.  Our Massage and Spa rooms are located directly across from the Women’s Locker room, off the hallway that leads to the indoor pool.

If you expect to arrive late, please call to let us know.  We will make every effort to accommodate your full service providing there is flexibility in our schedule.  However if this is not the case we will provide you the best service possible in the remaining time (at full charge).

Cancellations

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy.  Please notify us at least 12 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.  Reservations cancelled less than 12 hours in advance will be charged at 100% of the service fee. 

Methods of Payment/Gratuities

The PJCC Spa accepts cash, checks, gift certificates, vouchers for Spa services, Visa, and Master Card.  You may also charge your Spa services and products to your house account.

Gratuities are not expected, however are appreciated for excellent service, and envelopes are provided at the Welcome Center.  A Gratuity may be given in the form of cash or check, but unfortunately we are unable to process it via credit card.

Gift Certificates

For your convenience we offer gift certificates of any denomination for any occasion.  The certificates can be purchased at the Welcome Center and used both for services and product.  Our gift certificates never expire.
