Personal Training
One–on–one sessions are provided by certified personal trainers to help you meet your individual health and fitness goals and sometimes can include strength conditioning, cardiovascular and Pilates workouts. Packages include one-session; three-session introductory; five-session; ten-session and buddy packages.

Get started with a special workout plan just for you
Tailored toward individual needs, our JSO/JSPD’S (Jump Start Orientation/Jump Start Program Design) are designed to produce results. Friendly, knowledgeable staff members provide equipment orientation, answer questions, and offer personal guidance with fitness training needs.

One-on-One Personal Training ($)
Personal Attention
One–on–one private sessions are provided by certified personal trainers to help you meet your individual health and fitness goals and can include strength conditioning, cardiovascular, Pilates and/or athletic performance enhancement workouts. Packages include single-session; three-session introductory; five-sessions; ten-sessions packages.
Buddy Pack Personal Training ($)
Workout with a Friend
Buddy Pack Personal Training is the answer. You’ll be working with one of our certified trainers to help you and your workout partner meet both of your health and fitness goals together.
Packages include; single-session, five-sessions and ten-sessions.
Specialized Group Training ($)
Small groups (3-5 people)
Specialized Group Training is a small group strength training program designed to teach individuals the basic fundamentals of strength training and its benefits. There are 2 categories, Boot Camp and Sports Specific. This program is limited to 3-5 participants. If you enjoy the energy and dynamics of working in a small group, then Specialized Group Training is for you.

Pilates Personal Training
Practice your pilates and fitness goals with one of our certified pilates instructors in a one–on–one training session. You will work on posture, poses and breathing techniques as well as receiving the personal attention you need to achieve your goals.
