Registration is Required.

  • When registering, you will select a total of four sessions.
    (Please note that only one session of spa services is available per person during the event.)
  • If you choose "Dream Big!" as one of your sessions, you will only choose a total of three sessions.
  • $25 registration fee (Includes your personal gift bag)

Session Descriptions

1:15 - 2:30 pm

Dream Big! (workshop)
Sharon Giordano, PJCC Director of Marketing and Creativity Champion
Do you have aspirations and personal goals but aren’t sure how to achieve them? In this class, you’ll learn how to set and achieve your goals, and why they are important to your success. Topics include techniques, categories, and using simple methods that everyone can master. Each participant will create a vision board, unique to your personal goals to inspire you on your journey. Big or small, these steps will help you bring clarity to your goals and accomplish more. This is your chance to kick yourself into action, have fun, and dream big!
Bring a photo of yourself; magazines optional for vision board. Some will be provided in class. (1.25 hours with optional break)

1:15 - 1:45 pm

Pilates Ski Conditioning (workout)
Rosalie Helsel, Certified Pilates, TRX Instructor and Avid Skier
Ski season is right around the corner, and it is time to get ready. (Can’t you smell that crisp mountain air and feel the wind in your hair?!) Rosalie will guide you through a customized workout geared to strengthen all the muscles that are engaged when skiing. If you plan to hit the slopes this ski season, this is your class.

Mat Pilates with Props (workout)

Explore the fundamentals and basic principles of Pilates to gain core strength, flexibility and improve posture while learning to incorporate the Pilates right, small ball, and other props. Don’t miss this fabulous and challenging workout.

Apply unique techniques to help you better manage stress, and cultivate more balance while juggling multiple responsibilities and commitments. Learn to live with greater joy!

Beautiful Skin Workshop (workshop)

Learn the causes, prevention and cures for hyper pigmentation – one of the greatest contributors to an aging complexion. Dull, hyper pigmented skin reads as “old skin”. Learn how to prevent and correct it to looker younger and more vibrant. This workshop will feature Eminence Organic Skin Care, exclusive European formulas made by hand.

Tai Chi (workout)

Tai Chi is taught world wide as a way to find a state of mental calm and clarity. This low-impact experience combines mental focus with physical progress for a healthy lifestyle. Come and find your inner Tai Chi master!

Beginning Yoga (workout)

Pilates Jump Board for Bone Strength (workout)
Monique Molino, PJCC Pilates Coordinator
You can prevent bone loss and the aged, Osteoporotic gait and posture that go with it by eating plenty of calcium-rich foods and including weight-bearing exercise in your wellness routine. Pilates Jump Board is an ideal weight-bearing exercise to maintain or increase your bone strength – and today’s the perfect day to give it a try. This class is appropriate for students who are familiar with Pilates; prepare for a fun and challenging workout.

Stretch and Core (workout)

Experience a perfectly-balanced core workout, plus learn stretches you can do every day to help reduce injuries and improve range-of-motion, posture, and flexibility. This workout sounds simple (and dare we say a bit “old school”), but it will have you looking – and feeling – like your best self.

Myofacial Release (workout)

Learn self techniques of how to massage away aches and pains by using your own body weight, round foam rolls and small balls. These techniques help to correct muscle imbalance, increase range of motion and neuromuscular efficiency, decrease muscle soreness and relieve joint stress.

Take A Breath: An Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation (workshop)

Meditation is one of the most natural and rewarding of all human activities. It is an effective technique for stress reduction: it brings balance, rest, a growing inner peace, and contributes to physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Join Lavey for a session that will give you permission to appreciate your BEing.

Back Strength with Pilates Reformer (workout)

Want to be your strongest, best self? Back pain getting you down? Experience this invigorating, safe back workout on the Pilates Reformer. We can’t promise an extra 3 inches of height, but you will walk taller and have a spring in your step!

Would you like to experience greater wellbeing, pain reduction, increased flexibility, and improved coordination? Join Serena for this Feldenkrais workout. We call it a workout, but it’s more of a pleasurable, gentle-movement workshop. Come try it for yourself.

Hand Rejuvenation Massage (spa treatment)
Your hands will be refreshed and re-hydrated after this soothing massage.

Re-Energizing Chair Massage (spa treatment)
The Therapist will focus on balancing your energy, while providing a soothing massage.

Aromatherapy Foot Massage (spa treatment)
Relax and rejuvenate with this soothing foot treatment that includes warm aromatherapy-infused moist towel wraps, followed by a moisturizing massage.

Paraffin Hand Hydration (spa treatment)
Enjoy a luxurious paraffin wax hand treatment. This paraffin treatment will leave your hands feeling moisturized and rejuvenated.
