Learn the essentials of nutrition during the first, second and third trimester. How much calcium, iron and other nutrients do you need? What’s the latest with mercury, listeria and caffeine? This interactive lecture is open to women who are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, as well as their partners.

Older adults interested in the changing nutritional needs associated with aging will enjoy this interactive question and answer session. Open to anyone age 60 and over.
