New! PJCC Adult Swim Clinic

Future Drop-in Fee: $5 Members/$25 Public • Register at the Welcome Center
This new swim clinic is a great motivator to help adults to stay in shape while improving their swimming skills. The program offers workouts and skill development for both beginners and advanced swimmers. Coach Curt will guide each swimmer through a progressively structured workout (including stroke drills) to help you learn and polish all four competitive strokes: Butterfly, Back, Breast, and Freestyle. If your goals include open-water training, the Triathlon-style coaching will help meet your needs, and if competition is your goal, you can achieve this through the camaraderie of your teammates.
Both our indoor and outdoor pools offer lap swimming most of the day. We also offer water walking at designated times of the day.

Take your workout to the pool with this invigorating, non-impact class. Use water resistance to develop strength and cardiovascular endurance. Swimming experience is not necessary.
