Jewish Vocational Services  

JVS is a 36-year-old, nonsectarian, nonprofit Bay Area agency that helps people build skills, find jobs and achieve self sufficiency.  The Jewish Employment Network (JEN) brings JVS employment expertise to the community.  JEN JVS offers job search workshops, one-to-one job search assistance, and interview practice labs as well as networking and employer panel presentations.  These activities help community members to learn, connect, build skills and find employment. Family members must live in house more than 50% of time; meet income guidelines; for family of  3 income range = $35,801 to 54,000 gross.

REACH PROGRAM 

One–time Unplanned Non-payment of Bill
Must demonstrate uncontrolled or unplanned change in ability to pay; Not live in subsidized housing (exempt: seniors, disabled or term ill ); Not received REACH assistance in the last 18 months; meet income guidelines: Household of 1 or 2 persons = $30,500 annual income limit.
Generally distributed via County Social Services offices, or zip code emergency program centers. See listing below.

MEDICAL BASELINE Allowance

Additional quantities of energy at baseline prices. A CA Physician must
certify resident has medical needs – either: dependent on life-support equipment, a paraplegic, hemiplegic, quadriplegic, MS patient with special heating or cooling needs; scoloderma with heating needs; compromised immune system and/or life threatening illness.

BALANCED PAYMENT PLAN

PG&E will review your last 12 months of service and divide the total by 12 to create a balanced payment for each successive month in the next 12 months.
Additional energy costs will apply to your bill. Open to all customers.
