Foster City Library @ the PJCC

The Foster City library will be closed for renovations during October, November and December of this year. During this time they will be offering many of their programs at the PJCC.

Get Help! One-on-One Assistance with a Reference Librarian >>

Tuesdays • Through December 29 • 2:00 - 4:00 pm

Drop in to our Adult Lounge for personal assistance reserving library books and researching online databases and internet with a Foster City Reference Librarian. 
First come first served. 

Recycled Material Rug Weaving >

Monday, December 14 • 3:30 - 5:00 pm

We'll start by using recycled cardboard to make looms and then we'll weave rugs out of recycled plastic bags and other repurposed materials. Ages 8-12

 

Lawyers in the Library >>

Tuesdays • December 15 • 7:00 - 9:00 pm

These FREE 20-minute consultations with a volunteer attorney are designed to provide basic information and assistance in navigating the legal system.  The volunteer lawyer may explain possible options in addressing your issue and may draw your attention to materials that might help you. 
Please note: Absolutely no "attorney-client" relationships will be formed.  Reservations required.

Pajama Storytime >>

Mondays • December 21 • 7:00 - 7:30 pm

November 30 -Special book fair edition at ECE MRP

Foster City Library's favorite storyteller, Amy Selmi, reads bedtime books and sings songs at this family storytime.  Children are invited to come in their pajamas.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
