Specialty Programs & Classes: Early Childhood Education
All programs offer age appropriate materials and activities, such as music, arts and crafts and indoor and outdoor play. Toddlers engage in lively, enriching activities geared to their interests and attention span.
Camp Yeladim and Camp K’ton ton
Discover the fun of winter, spring and summer camps during school vacations! Summer Camp Yeladim includes swim instruction and is divided into three three-week sessions. Camp K’ton ton is a nine-week program specially designed for active two-year-olds.

Babilates: 1 month - 1 year
Tone your body and get in shape as you connect and bond with your little one. Through various pilates excecises, you will engage your little one and get a great workout too! Babilates is also a great way to meet other parents and introduce your child to an active lifestyle in a social and nurturing atmosphere. Registration required. Baby Picassos: Ages 2 - 4
In this class, you and your little one will create works of art to treasure. Various media will be used for your child to gain sensory exploration and develop fine motor skills, color and shape differentiation. Imaginations and creativity will soar! Challah and Blocks: Ages 12-24 months
Adults and children will love our fun-filled activities geared to stimulate growth in a child's motor, cognitive, language, social and emotional development through song, dancing and movement. Repetition is a major element in the instruction. The class will celebrate Shabbat (the Jewish Sabbath) by singing songs and reciting blessings over candles, grape juice and Challah bread. Edible Art of Cooking: Ages 3-5
Explore healthy cooking through recipes, selecting and measuring ingredients, food preparation and tasting. $20 materials fee payable upon registration. Registration required. Instructor: Jeannie Solomon is the PJCC Nutrition and Wellness Coach, and a certified chef.
Fine Motor Fun: Ages 4 - 5
Fine motor skills are the foundation children need for successful handwriting skills and learning. Children will develop strength and coordination in the small muscles of the hand through a variety of fun fine motor games, crafts, and activities. Hand-eye coordination, trunk and shoulder stability, and object manipulation will be emphasized. Please note this class includes the use of small objects. Registration required. Instructor: Jennifer Minton, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist and the PJCC's Developmental Consultant.
Green Thumbs: Ages 3 - 5
Children will learn about various plants and their lifecycles through hands-on gardening in the PJCC's Justice Garden. Little gardeners will plant and grow an array of vegetable, fruit and herb plants, which they will harvest and donate to families through our partners at InnVision Shelter Network. In addition, children will take home a plant of their own to care for using the knowledge they gained throughout the session. Registration required. Instructor: Marybeth Lybrand PJCC Garden Manager
Gymnotot: Ages 3-5

Happy Feet Dance: Ages 3 - 5
Develop balance, rhythm, flexibility, coordination, and self-esteem while learning tap, jazz and ballet using fun props. Please note that this is a 50 minute program. Instructor: Laura Marsh is a staff member of Happy Feet.
Kee Tov Soccer: Ages 4 - 5
Children thrive in this non-competitive curriculum and positive coaching in a pressure-free environment. Have fun while learning soccer basics such as kicking, dribbling, shooting, heading and goalkeeping while participating in age-appropriate games and exercised designed specifically for your child! Lil Sluggers Tee-Ball: Ages 3 - 5
Take me out to the ball game! Beginning tee-ball players will experience the excitement and fun of America's favorite past time. Lil Sluggers will teach proper base running, how to swing and follow through off the tee, develop proper throwing and catching techniques, and enhance agility through activities that build gross motor skills. Not only will kids learn the basics of tee-ball but they will have a blast while working on proper baseball mechanics and building strength and confidence. Registration required. Little Feet Dance and Yoga
Explore the fundamentals of dance and yoga while bonding with your toddler! We will explore gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, balance and rhythm, all while having fun with your toddler in a safe and supportive environment. Enjoy dancing, yoga poses, developmental games and creative movement to music using scarves and other fun props. Caregivers, please come prepared to move, you will get a workout too! Mini Hoops: Ages 3 to 5

Movers and Shakers
The Movers and Shakers program offers age-appropriate materials and activities for toddlers to interact with their parents or caregivers. Music Fun Time: Ages 3 - 5
Get ready for a symphony of sound! Using curriculum guided by research from Johns-Hopkins that children 7 years and under can read music and begin playing instruments, Music Fun Time is the ultimate introduction to the world of music. Through crafts, worksheets, games, instruments and singing, we teach children in a fun & exciting way how to play, read and appreciate music. Bravo, Maestro! Music Together: 1 Month to 4 Years
This national early childhood music program, involves both children and parents in informal musical activities that are developmentally appropriate for very young children. My First Cooking Class: Ages 2 - 3
Introduce your little one to their first taste of the culinary world as you both enjoy food exploration and tasting in this hands-on class. Pee Wee Soccer: Age 3
First time preschool soccer players will develop gross motor skills, enhance coordination, promote physical fitness and increase self-confidence in a non-competitive environment. Sense-ational Kids: Ages 3 - 5
Activate all of your child's senses and support learning in this fun, sensory-rich class. Children are given an opportunity to develop and cultivate skills as they progress through a series of guided sensory-motor activities that follow a specified theme of the day. Soccer Stars: Ages 2 - 3
Soccer Stars is a fun and positive introduction to soccer for our youngest players and their parent! Our age-appropriate and field tested curriculum engages children (and parents!) with entertaining activities that promote motor skill development, teamwork and cognitive ability as well as develop listening skills, balance, ball skills and foot-eye coordination. With a parent participating by their side, children will have fun learning basic soccer skills like chasing, running, kicking, special awareness and listening. Most importantly each child leaves class more confident, happier, healthier and thrilled to have spent time playing with their parent! Registration required. Tiger Tots Martial Arts: Ages 3 - 5

Tiny Two Steppers: Ages 3 - 5
Little dancers will be introduced to basic techniques of Jazz and Hip Hop while instilling a joy of moving through creative movement. Tumble Tot: Ages 2 - 4 years
You and your little one will bond with one another in Tumble Tot, a basic gymnastics and movement class. Your tot will develop coordination, body awareness, gross motor skills and learn basic gymnastics skills while building strength and increasing self-confidence in a safe and nurturing social environment. Yoga Sprouts: Ages 3 - 5
Grow and stretch physically through relaxing and meditative yoga that also aides emotional and mental health. Sprouts will learn various yoga poses and stretch their fun to the limit! Young Rembrandts: Age 3 - 5
